How Long Does it take to On-board?
On boarding process is quick and streamlined. It takes 10 business days from the day of enrollment. We install remote software in as little as 20 minutes. Once installation is complete, we will schedule a remote call with your office team to collect office information, review customized office details, and complete training. Thats it! Easy and smooth.
What is the cost?
Cost is our number one asked question, and it is best to contact us to get an accurate quote. However, our pricing is quoted based on services your office selects and the volume of your office. Don't worry, we always make sure our pricing is competitive and you will never pay us more than what you could hire an employee for based on your office volume. You get the best deal when you bundle all three of our services together for full support. But don't worry, we also offer our services separately to customize to your office needs. Plus, you have extra benefits including never having to interview or find employee's, no employee tax, no paying employee benefits, and no paying overtime! We are also considered a vendor so you can potentially write off what you pay us at tax time, it can't get any better than that!
Is there are contract?
We require a 12 Month contract based on BAA and HIPAA regulations, but don't worry! We also offer a 90-day grace period to our offices to decide if you want to keep us, but we promise you will love us!
